A dreamy, slightly nostalgic landscape painting in soft greens and blues, this reminds me of summer afternoons, and wandering without a plan.
On a chunky wood block, the artwork can be displayed free-standing on a shelf or bookcase. I’ve also attached a little hanger on the back so that it can be hung on the wall.
Acrylics on wooden block
Finished with a soft satin varnish for protection
Sides and back painted soft blue
Signed on one side, and on the reverse.
NB: This painting is on an off cut of wood - a natural material with some natural imperfections, which I think are part of its charm!
