Ordering
What types of payment do you accept?
I currently accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Shipping to England, Scotland and Wales is free of charge.
If you live in the USA* Australia, New Zealand or Canada, shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
If you live in a country not shown at checkout, please contact me and I will confirm if I’m able to ship to your location.
Shipping to the USA - August 2025: I have reluctantly had to pause shipping to the USA on a temporary basis, due to new tariffs being introduced by the US government. Once there is a clearer process in place (hopefully in the next few weeks) shipping to the US will be resumed. If you’d like to reserve a painting until then that’s no problem at all, just let me know.
NB: International orders may be subject to additional fees (e.g. import duties and taxes). This is dependant on the laws of the destination country, and is beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
When will I receive my order?
Your artwork will be packaged carefully, and shipped within 2 working days.
I mainly use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver artwork. Whilst I am unable to guarantee postage times, most UK deliveries arrive within 3 working days of sending. Overseas orders typically take 2-6 weeks to arrive.
If you need your artwork for a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time (priority shipping is available at extra cost).

Returns
I want you to be completely happy with your new art, and for your peace of mind I accept returns or exchanges for any reason, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped, but in the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit please let me know as soon as possible so I can help (if possible please keep a photograph of the damage).
Copyright
All my work is subject to copyright. It cannot be copied or resold in any form without my prior permission, including after purchase (all rights remain with the artist).
